Your vehicle ability, Breaker Charge and Deflector have separate buttons and recharge independently. Horn, Drift and Boost are always on the controls.
Wildlife & equipment rules
Avoidable wildlife contact adds 3 seconds; a hard impact adds 5 seconds. Careful low-speed braking touches and clear forced contact are exempt. Use the horn early and give animals room to clear the road. Breaker is blocked at protected crossings without using a charge. Deflector does not remove wildlife penalties.

How cup points work
Official places earn 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 points. DNF and DNS earn zero. Equal points use finishing-place countback, then comparable total official time. Exact ties share a place.
